Since 2018, Sandia Skin + Face has been Albuquerque's trusted destination for injectables, lasers, and regenerative skin treatments. The practice was founded by Tonya Tuggle, FNP-C, whose credentials include:
- Allergan Top 10 Provider in New Mexico (2023, 2024, 2025): Recognized for her volume and expertise administering Botox and Juvederm.
- Sciton Luminary: An elite designation recognizing her as a leader in advanced laser and light-based aesthetic treatments, teaching other providers on devices like HALO, Moxi, and BBL.
From the beginning, Tonya built the practice around a simple idea: patients deserve to understand their options, not just receive a treatment. That commitment to education shapes everything we do, from how we walk patients through their first consultation to how we build long-term treatment plans that evolve with their skin.
Sandia Skin + Face shares a location with our sister practice, Sandia Cosmetic Facial Surgery, led by Dr. Eric Tuggle, the only double board-certified facial cosmetic surgeon in New Mexico. While the two practices operate independently, patients benefit from being able to explore both non-surgical and surgical options under one roof when a more comprehensive approach makes sense.
